​Mission & Governance Updates

​The board approved the September 12, 2025 minutes and reviewed the Treasurer’s report. Audit and account transitions are now complete, including Mission Investment Funds transfers and the closure of the TD Bank account. The board also discussed scholarship balances, historical data, and the Gifts & Tribute scholarship fund.

​Newsletter Relaunch: Threads of Grace

​The Communications Committee presented the three‑year plan for the newsletter relaunch.
The board affirmed the name Threads of Grace and reviewed content structure, evergreen articles, website integration, MailChimp workflows, and leadership messaging.
A Go/No‑Go meeting is scheduled for February 6.

​Biennial Convention Planning

Planning is underway for the 2026 Biennial Convention, scheduled for October 22–24 at Camp Calumet.
The theme, “Worthy of His Grace,” was approved.
Speaker options, silent auction planning, and committee roles were discussed.
The first planning meeting will be held on March 13 at 7 PM via Zoom

​Churchwide & Regional Engagement

The board affirmed continued support for the SALT Campaign and encouraged members to consider churchwide leadership roles.
Jeanne Minasian was appointed to the CWO Nominating Committee.
Additional discussions included a potential Native American educational event with related grant opportunities.
