​2026 Synod Assembly-A WELCA Perspective

Women from across New England gathered in Worcester for this year’s Synod Assembly, sharing leadership, stories, and the work of ministry. Between workshops, business sessions, and conversations at the WELCA exhibit table, the Spirit moved in moments of connection and encouragement. Jeanne Minasian, President of New England WELCA (7B), reflects on the joy, purpose, and bold witness of women serving our synod.

Preparing and Activating 7B’s Email, Web, and Social Communication Programs

​Communication & Connection Continuity Plan
We are carrying out a three‑year Communication & Connection Continuity Plan to reactivate 7B’s communication across email, web, and social. This plan establishes the workflows and standards that allow our communication programs to run smoothly across leadership transitions.

Women may support this work by:
  • learning release cycles and quality review
  • supporting newsletter, web, and archival continuity
  • assisting during key communication releases
  • preparing for future handover
  • strengthening clarity and connection across 7B
